From Ordinary to Extraordinary
Elin Chung is one of the longest serving distributor at BWL. Her petite frame belies her dynamism. Little would anyone guess that she is one of the most successful leader in BWL. Recounting her pre-BWL days from a seamstress to a beautician, when she was passive, considerate and gentle, Elin praises both Dr. Dora and Dr. Doreen for being two of her greatest mentors in helping her become who she is today.
Since young, Elin's poor family background made her realize that she had to learn a skill in order to survive. She picked up sewing skills when she was still very young and later became a beautician. Life was simple, stable and routine until her then boyfriend now husband Raymond Chong, introduced her to the BWL trade. The learning process widened her mind and she realized the whole wide world was before her.
Over the years, she continued learning at BWL, picking up new knowledge and skills like a sponge. Due to her perseverance, she quickly become a regional trainer and one of the top sales achievers.
Now that Elin has attained the coveted Platinum Director status, you can see her flying frequently to share her wealth of knowledge. Her regional presence spreads across many countries. Her willingness to follow the company's plans and system also allowed Elin to excel as a dynamic leader.
