Keeping the thirst for success
Sri Hendra Setiawaty, nicknamed Tia, was a civil engineering major. Before joining BWL, she worked at a real estate company and was often awarded the title of 'Best Salesperson'. Later, she was even entrusted to lead a team of 25 staff members at one of their most thriving Jakarta branches in the Sudirman district.
However, Tia longed to carve out her own business and gain greater time flexibility. Thus, she went about searching for viable business opportunities. In 2003, after experiencing the efficacy of DR's Secret and discovering the wonderful entrepreneurial platform offered at BWL, she made the decision to enter the business. She knew she could, at BWL, realize her true potential and freely display her strengths.
Tia observed, "It is different from traditional businesses. Here, we do not need a shopfront and need not bear the risks associated with stocking and warehousing." Hardworking Tia quickly expanded the reach of her network and groomed her downlines into independent leaders. She added, "I believe that as long as a person is interested in the business, has a thirst for success, and employs appropriate methods, he or she will achieve success."
