Building A Big Team By Paying Forward
Huang Ling Jin used to have a successful career. However, she was gravely indebted when the stock market plunged during the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis. She lost the passion to work and had to drag her weary body to the work place every day, just to pay off her debts.
Ling Jin had bad quality sleeps from the tremendous stress. As a result, her face began to have skin problems.
She came to Singapore, and out of coincidence, she got to know BWL, a listed company. She came to know the wonderful skin care products called DR's Secret! She visited the company and found the ambience was full of harmony. The Founders were full of great love. She fell in love with the corporate culture. Without much hesitation, she started using DR's Secret. Her passion was ignited and her life began to transform.
Ling Jin shared, “DR's Secret solved my skin problems. Now, I don’t need to wear makeup when I go out. My friends have also noticed my change. They also like to try DR's Secret”.
She expressed that in addition to a strong financial standing, the two Founders of BWL are leading everybody to run this business with a kind heart. Dr Dora Hoan gives us the direction and hopes, while Dr Doreen Tan showers her loves and care in a timely manner.
