Reaching The Top Again As A Loving Husband-and-Wife team
Prior to joining BWL, Hsu Hui Chen and husband Lin Ta Chang were promoted to the highest rank in another direct selling company. Due to price undercutting, the man-made mess led to the collapse of their business overnight. They were multi-millions in debt.
She returned to the traditional beauty salon business while her husband went back to the real estate industry. Later on, Hui Chen was introduced to BWL and DR's Secret's products by Eros Hsu. After using DR's Secret's products, she found the results satisfactory and hence opened her door to BWL.
Hui Chen said: "During my previous partnership with my husband, he was responsible for sales and marketing, while I was responsible for hands-on skills and teaching. I was less talented. Though I got many people to sign up as members, I also lost many. It made me wonder whether I was suitable to stay in this industry."
"I thank him for giving me the strength to pull through during business downturns. He had never stopped encouraging me and cheering me up when I felt depressed. This led me to ponder if he could once again strive together with me, my BWL business will thrive."
Thus, Hui Chen tried to convince Ta Chang but was unsuccessful. She sought the advice of BWL Taiwan Senior Country Manager, Mr Simon Yeh.
Ta Chang said: "I had a few conversations with Mr Yeh. He convinced me that BWL has a bright future. Furthermore, Hui Chen's BWL bonus is equivalent to 10 months of my income. Therefore, I decided to quit my job and join BWL fulltime”.
After the duo combined their strengths, Hui Chen was promoted to PD within a few months of working in full force.
Hui Chen recalled: “My success comes from my belief in BWL. I am persistent and I learn diligently. I keep on upgrading myself. Now, I have achieved my dream of bringing my family on an overseas holiday each year! My next mission is to help my downlines to realized their dreams by leveraging on the BWL platform!”
